Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We also use browser local storage to remember language and your cookie choice. Some cookies are strictly necessary for the Service (session, security, consent preference). The rest are used only after you accept.

Until you choose, analytics and advertising cookies stay declined. We load Google tags with Consent Mode: storage (`ad_storage`, `analytics_storage`, `ad_user_data`, `ad_personalization`) defaults to denied. It is set to `granted` only if you accept.

Your choice is stored in the `hivexel_consent` cookie (180 days) and may be shared between https://hivexel.com and https://comply.hivexel.com so we do not ask again on every subdomain. You can change your choice on this page at any time.

We do not write the campaign-attribution cookie (`hivexel_attr`) or send ad click identifiers to your account until you accept.

These cookies do not require consent because the Service cannot work without them:

• Authentication session (Supabase) — keeps you signed in; session lifetime;
• `comply_locale` — interface language; 12 months;
• `hivexel_consent` — remembers whether you accepted or declined non-essential cookies; 180 days;
• Cloudflare Turnstile — shows you are not a bot on sign-in and sign-up; short-lived, set by Cloudflare.

If you accept, Google (Google Analytics 4) may measure pages viewed, device type and traffic source so we understand how the product is used. Typical cookies: `_ga`, `_ga_*` (up to 13 months, per Google). Without consent we do not enable analytics storage.

On the server we record aggregated product events (for example “account created” or “report exported”), without document contents, tax IDs or passwords. Those events help us operate and improve the Service and do not depend on the banner; they are not third-party advertising.

If you accept, we use Google Ads to measure whether a campaign led to a trial or an account, and we may store `hivexel_attr` (gclid, gbraid, wbraid and UTMs) for 90 days, shared between https://hivexel.com and https://comply.hivexel.com. Google may also set its own cookies (`_gcl_au` and similar).

Accepting on this product grants analytics and advertising together (the choice stored in `hivexel_consent`, shared with https://hivexel.com). If you want strictly necessary cookies only, choose Decline.

Use the buttons at the bottom of this page, or delete site cookies in your browser. Declining clears the attribution cookie. You can also use browser controls and, where available, Google’s opt-out tools.
